CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their appointment. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a cancellation fee up to 50% of the scheduled service. Clients arriving 15+ minutes late may need to reschedule depending on availability. We value your time and ask that you respect ours so we can provide the best experience for every guest.
